Article 1: General

  1. These terms and conditions apply to all products and services offered via the webshop of Coureur Brussels.
  2. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.

Article 2: Offer

  1. All offers on our webshop are non-binding. Coureur Brussels reserves the right to change prices and product information.
  2. Products are described and displayed as accurately as possible. Coureur Brussels is not liable for typographical errors or minor variations in appearance.

Article 3: Prices

  1. All prices are in euros and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.
  2. Shipping costs are specified separately during the checkout process.

Article 4: Orders and Payment

  1. Orders are final once payment has been received.
  2. We accept the following payment methods : Bancontact.
  3. If payment is not received within the specified period, Coureur Brussels reserves the right to cancel the order.

Article 5: Delivery

  1. Coureur Brussels aims to deliver orders within 5 business days. Delivery times are indicative and not binding.
  2. Shipping costs are communicated during the ordering process.
  3. The risk of loss or damage to products passes to the customer upon delivery.
  4. Bikes will not be delivered and need to be picked up in store.

Article 6: Right of Withdrawal

  1. Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase agreement within 14 days of receiving their order without providing a reason.
  2. The product must be returned unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  3. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.
  4. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the return.

Article 7: Warranty

  1. Coureur Brussels provides a legal warranty period of 2 years.
  2. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, wear and tear, or unauthorized repairs.

Article 8: Liability

  1. Coureur Brussels is not liable for indirect damages, such as loss of income or delays.
  2. The liability of Coureur Brussels is limited to the value of the delivered product.

Article 9: Complaints

  1. Complaints can be submitted in writing via info@coureur.brussels.
  2. Complaints will be addressed within 14 days.

Article 10: Privacy

  1. Coureur Brussels respects the privacy of its customers and complies with applicable laws, including GDPR. Please see our Privacy Policy.

Article 11: Applicable Law

  1. All agreements are governed by Belgian law.
  2. Disputes will be exclusively submitted to the competent court in Brussels.
